Each match in Auto Chess starts the same way. On beginning waves, you will fight with creeps, from which will drop items. And this is the only way to obtain them. This part of the game can be called Random in many respects, but nevertheless, strength of your heroes will sometimes depend on items. It is difficult to say which items are necessary for which heroes (and the chances of getting what you need are very vague) and you still cannot count on them.
