To start the Command Prompt, press Win+R to open Run box and type cmd and then press Enter to open a regular Command Prompt. Type “cmd” and then press Ctrl+Shift+Enter to open an administrator Command Prompt.
Users of Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 can just type cmd in the start panel.
Just open the start and type cmd on the keyboard
