Looking for a team, 3500 Solo MMr, Strategy, fun.

Hey there 19 years old guy, into a lot of things, Playing games a lot, and without doubt playing alone is defenatelly less fun.
It is hard to make a good strategy plans if u play with random ppl. So I am looking for a team, that would be wise and cool.
Like there is a lot of stuff to talk about, so just go for.
I play mainly hard solo, so other people would have a good conditions for the farm. I will save my lane to the end ;)
