1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. Rules set forth herein shall govern the organization of the event, its execution and conditions and apply to every participant of the event.

1.2. All disputes are regulated by a Moderator at one’s sole discretion.

1.3. By applying to the Tournament a squad confirms that they have made themselves aware of the Tournament rules and regulations and that they agree to respect the Regulations herein.

1.4. The Tournament itself and its presentation on any other third party platform are regulated by the rules herein.

1.5. Any issues or disputes not stated herein are subject to Moderator’s settlement upon their occurrence. The case’s nature is also determined by the Moderator depending on a particular event.

1.5.1. A case is a disputable situation which occurred during the Tournament and was settled by the Moderator. The settlements for similar cases are identical.

1.6. Attached is the Appendix to the Regulations (see the end of the document).

2. PRIZE POOL

1st place – 30 $

2nd place – 15 $

3rd place – 5 $

3. TOURNAMENT STRUCTURE

3.1. The tournament is held for PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds mobile (hereinafter referred to as PUBGM).

3.2. Mode – first person perspective (FPP), 4 players in a squad.

3.3. All settings are default (guns, armor, meds, play zone restrictions, etc.)

3.4. The tournament is limited to 1 game day.

3.4.1. Friday (May 31, 2019 at 19:00 CEST) Erangel map, 3 custom matches.

3.5. First 16 squads in one game will be rewarded as follows:

1st place – 20 points

2nd place – 15 points

3rd place – 13 points

4th Place - 11 points

5th Place - 10 points

6th Place - 8 points

7th Place - 7 points

8th Place - 6 points

9th Place - 5 points

10th Place - 5 points

11th Place - 3 points

12th Place - 3 points

13th Place - 2 points

14th Place - 1 point

15th Place - 1 point

16th Place - 0 points

3.6. The squad earns points for every enemy killed at the rate of 1 point for a killing.

3.7. The winner shall earn the maximum points for 3 games totally during the Tournament.

3.8. The squad captain must take screenshots upon the end of every match.

3.9. Squad captains are gathered in discord group chat. All screenshots must be uploaded to the chat in case of any disputes.

3.9.1. Tournament’s conditions

3.9.2. If several squads have the same amount of points, the winner is determined upon calculating his/her average place in the last 3 games.

3.9.3. To determine the average place in the last 3 games one need to calculate the arithmetic mean. The squad with the lowest arithmetic mean wins.

3.9.4. If there are any technical issues occurred at the Moderator’s side, the match can be stopped or restarted.

3.9.5. If the match restarts, all the points gained at this moment will not be counted.

3.10. If there are any technical issues occurred from the squads’ side (a player dropped out of the game, the connection is lost, etc.) the match can be stopped or restarted.

3.10.1. In case of technical issues from the squad’s side, it is allowed restart the match only upon the first death of a player of any squad.

3.11. All interactions during the tournament between the participants, Moderators, Sponsors, etc. shall be held in Discord server.

Requirements for a squad

4.1. The squad captain gathers a team to his/her own liking.

4.2. The squad shall consist of at least 4 players, including a captain.

4.3. The squad`s name and a player’s nickname shall not violate the game rules and the Russian Federation legislation, as well as contain any provocative messages.

4.4. The squad captain is the streamer who broadcasts the game live or is just a simple player who records a demo video.

4.5. Two days before the event, the captain must acknowledge his/her own as well as other players’ participation in the tournament.

4.6. The squad list is allowed to be changed only upon Moderator’s consent.

4.7. All disputes in a squad are settled by Moderators together with the captains.

5. Requirements for squad members.

5.1. The final decision whether to accept a player to the squad and which requirements to set is made solely by the captain.

5.2. All the squad members must have opened accounts.

5.3. Squad admission

- To be accepted to a squad one shall make a request to the captain;

- The captain may invite a player himself/herself, if one meets the requirements stated in Paragraph 4.3. herein.

5.4. If there are not enough players in a squad, the Moderator have the right to consider the replacement of a squad member.

5.5. The player may quit the squad at his/her own or the captain’s initiative, but not later than 2 days before the tournament.

Tournament conditions, stream description, social media postings and other regulations.

6.1. To participate in the tournament one must register on the website and apply.

6.2. A player applying as a streamer shall:

6.2.1. Broadcast his/her squad`s game live.

6.2.2. Post any necessary information on the tournament in the stream’s description.

6.2.3. Post any required information in social media.

6.3. Tournament regulations and the number of maximum applications are stated in the Appendix hereto and are valid for this particular tournament.

6.4. Any third party software helping you to make it to the top (cheats, macros, etc.) are strictly prohibited.

6.5. Moderators have the right to require the high quality postings in social media as they form the event image.

6.5.1. All broadcastings of the event shall be at least 1080p (HD) and recorded at 720p minimum.

6.5.2. To avoid stream-snipping the delay in live broadcasting should take 5 minutes.

6.6. Moderators have the right to broadcast any moves of a squad during the event.

6.7. The broadcasting is held by the Moderator’s team which consists of a cameraman and a journalist. The broadcasting is official. The link to live broadcasting shall be published on every esports news portal.

6.8. For inappropriate behavior of some squad members, namely: impolite comments towards other squad’s players, observers, official streamers or journalists – the player is given a warning. If the warning repeats, the player is suspended from the tournament and the squad continues to play shorthanded till the end of the event.

Responsibility and punishment

7.1. The captain is responsible for every player’s actions.

7.2. A ban can be put solely by the Moderator and is individual for every particular case.

7.3. Moderators shall report any bans to the squad’s captain.

7.4. Punishments are not subject to appeal.

7.5. Having participated in the event, every squad has the right to make a complaint if the rules were violated by the enemy.

7.5.1. Complaint on rules violation is made by the Moderator to the captain verbally.

7.5.2. The complaint must be submitted before the end of the Tournament. The Tournament is finished when the live broadcasting ends.

7.6. Actions leading to a ban:

- inappropriate sayings or actions towards the enemy before and during the game;

- refusing to follow the rules;

- sabotaging the tournament battles;

- constant violation of the rules;

- lying to Moderators on purpose;

- discussing Moderators’ decisions in public;

- incorrect naming of the squad or player’s nicknames;

- using restricted third party software;

- giving the password of the game room to unregistered players;

- violating the battle format (building an alliance between several squads and further joint actions);

- failing to appear during the tournament.

7.7. For inappropriate behavior of some squad members, namely: impolite comments towards other squad’s players, observers, official streamers or journalists – the player is given a warning. If the warning repeats, the player is suspended from the tournament and the squad continues to play shorthanded till the end of the event.

7.8. Moderators have the right to define disputable situations at his/her own discretion.

7.9. Other violations which are not regulated by the rules herein, are subject to consideration by Moderators. The punishment for such violations is subject to the Moderator ‘s consideration.

7.10. A player, squad or any other interested party can be suspended from the tournament or deprived of the prize fully or partially for the reasons as follows:

- refusing to follow the rules;

- being rude, cursing and trolling;

- discussing Moderator’s actions in public;

- handing the accounts or using the accounts of those who haven`t registered in the tournament;

- bringing confidential information to the public;

- trying to conduct any fixed matches or finding loopholes herein;

7.11. Any other violations not regulated hereby (including violations of the tournament procedure itself) are subject to Moderators’ absolute and irrespective consideration.

7.12. If a squad have applied to the event but haven’t appeared at the tournament and haven`t cancelled the application at least 2 days prior to the last registration day, Moderators have the right to ban these players from participating in future events.

General information

Finding the winner

The winning squad is determined upon tournament’s results after calculating the total amount of points scored during the tournament.

Each place gives a squad the amount of points, as follows:

1st place – 20 points

2nd place – 15 points

3rd place – 13 points

4th Place - 11 points

5th Place - 10 points

6th Place - 8 points

7th Place - 7 points

8th Place - 6 points

9th Place - 5 points

10th Place - 5 points

11th Place - 3 points

12th Place - 3 points

13th Place - 2 points

14th Place - 1 point

15th Place - 1 point

16th Place - 0 points
