This deck is based on a different concept than most other decks: to give your opponents more cards than they can hold causing him to overdraw and in consequence discard his deck.
In Hearthstone the only way to mill your opponent is to force him to over draw, and this deck is really good at it. More over this concept includes some rarely-played cards and makes them way better in the context of a whole deck.
